Golgappa - Golgappy - phulki- pani puri - PaniPuri Recipe -PUCHKA RECIPE-Suji Ke Golgappe-pani poori. Pani Puri aka GolGappe is an all time favourite snack of my Indians including me. I love Street style pani puri and was craving for it since long. The puris are stuffed with mashed potatoes, ragda and moong and are dipped into khatta-mitha pani.

Steps to make Golgappe with Teekha pani:
  1. Puri recipe- In a large bowl take rava and maida add 3 tbsp oil crumble and mix well to make rava moist.
  2. Now add hot water and start kneading keep sprinkling water in between and keep kneading. Knead till dough is formed.
  3. Cover the dough with a moist cloth and rest gor 20 min. After 20 mins knead again.
  4. Now pinch a small ball size portion from the dough then roll and flatten into a small circular shape.
  5. Then heat the flame of medium high and deep fry puri in small batches. Puris are ready.
  6. For Teekha paani.
  7. In a grinder add pudina, coriander leaves, green chilli, raw mango, tamarind pulp, masala, salt,and some water now grind to make a smooth paste.
  8. Then add some cold water and grind again than sieve through a strainer and add ice cubes and water.Add boondi also. Pani is ready.
  9. Last take a bowl add chana, potato, black salt, cumin powder and chaat masala and mix it well.
  10. Prick a puri make a large whole add chana stuffing and dip it in teekha pani.
