  3. Roll slightly thick like poori.drop the rolled kachori into the hot oil.flip over and fry the kachori until golden brown all over.drain off the kachori
  4. Now take a poori and make a hole. poori turns crisp once cooled completely (after 2 hours)
  5. Stuff with 1 tbsp boiled potato, 1 tbsp boiled chana and 2 tbsp boiled moong dal.now pour 2 tsp curd, a tsp of green chutney and tamarind chutney.
  6. Also sprinkle chilli powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, aamchur and salt.garnish with 2 tbsp sev, 1 tbsp boondi, 1 tbsp pomegranate, 1 tsp coriander and 2 tsp onion.finally, enjoy raj kachori immediately as a chaat
