- Heat oil in a pan and saute cumin seeds with hing.
- Now add grated ginger and saute it.
- Now add chopped onion and saute it.
- Now add chopped tomato and saute it.
- Now addturmeric powder,black pepper powder,coriander powder,salt and chat masala powder and mix well on sim.
- Now add soaked and drained yellowmoongdal and little water and let it cook on sim for few minutes till all the water is consumed and dal becomes dry.
- Now grease the toaster.
- Now take both the bread slices and cut their roundels.
- Roll these roundels with rolling pin.
- Slightly wet these slices with water.
- Now take a slice and place the moong dal mixture filling on it.
- Now cover with another bread slice and press it with hands and seal the corners by little water.
- Now place this kachori on the greased toaster and cook on sim gas till golden brown from both the sides.
- If need,then you can brush the kachori with little oil on top and let it cook on sim.
