- Again Heat a pan add 2 to 3 teaspoon ghee add cumin seeds, wait until colour change add Chana and all spices (turmeric,red chilli,Coriander powder, mango powder, salt,chana masala etc) mix well
- Add chopped tomato,green chilli cook 5 to 10 minutes
- Turn off flame and garnish Coriander leaves,green chutney,sweet chutney and Serve.
