- Get 1/2 cup cumin seeds

Steps to make Chaat Masala:
- Remove stems and seeds of dry red chillies. Dry roast red chillies, coriander seeds, cumin seeds and black pepper on a slow flame. Roast till you feel the aroma and keep stirring to avoid burning.
- Once they are roasted properly,let them cool completely. Then mix rest of the ingredients.
- Then grind it in fine powder.
- Pass through a sieve,and if there are any ungrinded spices, grind it again and sieve.
- Store it in an air tight container. Use it as required. Can adjust quantity of salt, black salt and dry mango powder as per your taste.
