  5. Then add medium sized chopped onion, sauté till they become translucent
  6. Then add gram flour, sauté till the raw smell is gone
  7. Then add all spices and mix
  8. Then add boiled mashed potato
  9. At last add coriander leaves, let the filling cool down
  10. Now take a small portion of dough and roll it
  11. Then in the center add filling and close it properly so that while frying the filling doesn’t come out… you can roll it and give a shape of disc.
  12. Deep fry them on a low flame until golden brown
  13. Serve it hot with coriander sauce or tamarind chutney.
