You can also leave out the sweetener if you prefer to sweeten it only with toppings like fresh fruit, dried fruit or chocolate chips. Combine milk, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and sugar in a bowl. Strawberry Coconut: Use coconutmilk for the milk of choice in the base recipe, and garnish with sliced strawberries or layer the pudding in a glass between layers of chopped berries (as shown in the photo below). Chia seed pudding might just be the easiest healthy breakfast you can make.
