  4. Store in the fridge overnight and eat for breakfast the next morning
  5. (Next day) top with raspberries or any other fruit and enjoy!!

Chia puddings general have a ratio of four parts liquid to one part chia, making them thicker than chia drinks but thinner than chia jams. Strawberry Coconut: Use coconutmilk for the milk of choice in the base recipe, and garnish with sliced strawberries or layer the pudding in a glass between layers of chopped berries (as shown in the photo below).
