Okay, this catfish is a stew of my childhood. It was one of my favorites and still is today. Stir the tomatoes, tomato sauce, potatoes, Worcestershire sauce, and hot pepper sauce into the onions. Add remaining ingredients except catfish and lemon juice.

  5. Serve with white rice
