- Combine the grated cassava, butter, condense milk, evap milk, chesse, sugar and eggs in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.

- Add the chesse while stirring constantly.
- Pour the coconut milk and stir constantly for 10mins.
- Pour the topping over the cassava cake and spread evenly.
- Seperate the yolk from the egg white and glaze the topping with the egg white.
- Put the cassava cake again in the oven untill colors turn light brown.
- Garnish with grated chesse and serve.
