I used what i had in the fridge. Eat in moderate.😘 On a pan heat oil saute onion and garlic. Then add tomato, basil, oregano, pepper, salt and sugar. Bring it to simmer until water evaporates.
Instructions to make Fulsome Tofu:
- Blend the onion, garlic and ginger mildly. Heat oil and saute in a pan for 5 mins.
- Add in all the dry ingriendients (powder spices)
- Add in the blended tomato and tofu(diced).
- Lastly add the cashew and milk blend. Let it boil for a bit. Done.
