Steps to make Cherry tomatoes chutney:
- Add 4tbsp of oil into the pan.
- Add 1 tbsp of cumin seeds.
- Add chopped Coriander leaves
- Add diced onion.
- Stir till golden.
- Add green chillies chopped.
- Add chili powder salt and pepper. As per taste
- Add diced capsicum.
- Stir for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Add half sliced cherry tomatoes about 10 to 15 tomatoes.
- Stir for 5 minutes.
- Add 2tbsp of pickle.
- Mix well n stir for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Ready to serve and enjoy the tangy ness.
Toss the tomatoes with oil and season with salt and pepper. Put everything in a pan, season to taste and stir well to combine. Pour into a sterilised jar and leave to cool. It's ready when a wooden spoon drawn through the chutney leaves a clear channel with. Tip all the ingredients into a large heavy-based pan and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring frequently.
