This Thai Spicy Beef with Cashew Nuts, is a super quick and easy Stir-Fry made with the typical flavor of Thailand.   1. Steam the broccoli and chop it up finely. Season with half the salt, garlic, and pepper
  2. Heat a deep pan add diced pepper and onions. Sauté for 10 minutes. Add the ground sirloin, salt and pepper.
  3. Brown the ground sirloin stirring occasionally. Add in the raisins.
  4. Simmer till the peppers and onions are tender.
  5. Add the broccoli. Mix well.
