- Take 5 Oz roasted, unsalted, whole cashews
- Prepare 1 "x 2" piece if ginger root. Peel, slice, smash, then mince
- Get Sliced green onions for garnish
Toss the chicken with cornstarch mixture. Heat a wok or frying pan to a high heat and add cooking oil. Add the cashews and serve immediately over a bed of white rice. Remove chicken and set aside in a separate bowl.
