- Get 1 cup wheat flour

- Wash and boil your sweet potatoes,drain water,skin and let them cool a little
- Mash your sweet potatoes,add flour and baking powder and cinammon,(I used cinammon)
- If it's still sticky add more flour until it's a nice firm yet soft dough,
- Cut or pinch into medium sized balls,
- Heat your frying oil until it's medium high hot,test with one ball
- If your oil is okay deep fry,
- You'll know they're ready once they float, fry to your colour liking I like mine just a little bit browned
- Serve with tea or coffee
