  6. Again mix the dough well and take a big size ball and flatten it into 1/2 inch thick disc
  7. Make designs of your choice on the disc
  8. In medium flame heat oil well and deep fry the disc in low flame till its golden and crispy
  9. Strain the excess oil
  10. Dip the fried disc in the jaggery syrup and let it sit for 5 minutes
  11. Take the disc away from the syrup and place in a plate
