We're big on potatoes in this house and whether mashed, roasted or baked, we just can't get enough of our favorite spuds. Golden potatoes seasoned with a blend of spices! - For the side dish, spray carrot with canola oil or brush it, season them with salt and pepper (I used Jay's kitchen all purpose seasoning, it turned out much better in flavor) bake them along with the baby potatoes.
- For the broccoli, just boil or steam them, season with garlic salt or just salt and pepper.
Let it finish baking and added ranch dressing and lots of shredded cheese. Using a fork or potato masher, smash each potato flat. In a small bowl, combine butter and ranch dressing mix. Spread the butter mixture over the top of the smashed potatoes. I cut this recipe in half.
