- Apply Oil on your hands. Take some of the mixture and put it onto a skewer. Shape it into a Seekh Kabab.
- Put it on a grill. Brush some Oil on top of the Seekh Kabab. B.B.Q for 6-8 minutes or until done. (Keep turning in between).
