Place milk, flour and bread crumbs in separate bowls. Mix cream cheese and Cheddar cheese together in a bowl until evenly blended. Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture. I added a bit of garlic powder to the cheese mixture, just because. I was glad to use up some jalapenos from the garden.
