  4. After 30 mins remove the pudding from the pot and leave it in the freezer for 4 hours.
  5. After 4 hours you make take out your pudding and enjoy!

Also the colour purely depends on your taste. Put the sugar for the caramel into a saucepan and place on a medium heat until the sugar reaches a deep golden caramel color.
