Chapatis or flat breads are made from whole wheat flour and water. oil and salt may or may not be added. i add some salt and oil to the dough. the whole wheat flour which is used in making these. After few trials now I can confidently say I'm getting it right yes each time 🙂 Seeing the roti puff up takes chapati / roti making to a whole new level and mittu loves these phulkas is another added.
