Steps to make Kewadatshi:
- Cut the cheese into very fine pieces.
- In a pan, put potatoes, chopped onions, capsicum, green chillies and vegetable oil. Then pour water till the level of the vegetables. Don't put too much water.
- Bring it to boil for about 5 minutes in low flame. Then put salt and pepper. Mix well. Cover it if needed.
- When the potatoes are cooked and water level is much more reduced, put cheese and stir. Keep on stirring until cheese is melted nicely.
- Off the flame. Sprinkle some chilli flakes and garnish it with coriander leaves.
