  2. Make ready 1 cup Cannellini beans, drained, rinsed & mashed

  4. Take 2 Tbsp chickpea flour
  5. Make ready 1 Tsp garlic powder
  6. Make ready 1 Tbsp mix herb seasoning
  7. Take to taste salt
  8. Make ready 1 tsp black pepper
  9. Take 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions to make Quinoa Patty:
  1. Cook the quinoa with 2cups of water.
  2. Drain, rinse and add the beans.
  3. Give the nice whirl to all the veggies and beans.
  4. Mix it with cooked quinoa. Add salt, pepper, mix herb and chickpea flour and mix well.
  5. Start forming patty tightly of the quinoa mixture, around the size of a tablespoon for each. Set them aside.
  6. In a large non-stick skillet, heat olive oil over a medium high heat. Add the quinoa patties to the pan, and cook till nice golden and crisp on all edges. Remove with the help of tong.
  7. Serve these yummilious patties with ketchup or green chutney.
  8. Tip:: Be gentle, they can crumble.
