- Heat ghee in a pan,add chanadal paste,add 1/2cup milk.Stir and cook on low flame for 20-25 minutes till paste is thick.
- Now add condenced milk,food colour,cardamom powder and 1/2 cup milk.Mix well and further cook for 10-15 minutes on low flame.
- Add chopped dry fruits and stir well till ghee separates
- Put a butter paper on a tray,transfer chana dal mix on tray and make 1" thick slab.Mark the shape with the help of a knife as shown in the picture.Apply dry fruits.
- Refrigerate the tray for 1-2 hours.Cut burfis and serve.
