- Other side, heat desi ghee in a vessel.
- Add cumin seeds.
- And Chopped garlic.
- Saute for few seconds.
- Now add chopped ginger.
- Chopped onion.
- Cardamom.
- Cloves, now stir on low to medium flame.
- Now add hing powder.
- Slit green chilli.
- Again stir.
- Now add chopped tomato.
- Chilli powder.
- Jeera powder
- Salt as per taste, mix and stir, cover and cook
- When done add boiled chana dal
- Mix and cook for 3 to 4 minutes when done switch of gas
- Add garam masala
- Lemon juice
- Fresh chopped Corrieder and mix well
- Now Masala Chana Dal is ready to serve, serve hot for more taste
