  2. Prepare 1/2 tsp salt or as per taste

  6. Add cumin seeds.
  7. And Chopped garlic.
  8. Saute for few seconds.
  9. Now add chopped ginger.
  10. Chopped onion.
  11. Cardamom.
  12. Cloves, now stir on low to medium flame.
  13. Now add hing powder.
  14. Slit green chilli.
  15. Again stir.
  16. Now add chopped tomato.
  17. Chilli powder.
  18. Jeera powder
  19. Salt as per taste, mix and stir, cover and cook
  20. When done add boiled chana dal
  21. Mix and cook for 3 to 4 minutes when done switch of gas
  22. Add garam masala
  23. Lemon juice
  24. Fresh chopped Corrieder and mix well
  25. Now Masala Chana Dal is ready to serve, serve hot for more taste
