  1. In a mixture put boiled chana Dal, grind it.
  2. Take it out in a bowl.Add mashed potatoes,salt,crushed spices,Green chillies, coriander leaves,2 garlic cloves crushed,dry fruits,clove, cardamoms.

  4. Make small size balls,like koftas.
  5. Fry it in oil golden.Keep it aside.
