- In a pan add the overnight soaked chana dal bay leaves.
- Add milk and keep cooking in low medium flame until boiled.
- Now cool down a bit then make a paste of it in a blending jar.
- Heat ghee
- Add the dal paste.
- Now keep cooking in low medium flame for 10 mins.
- Now add rock sugar powder and keep mixing until well combined or sugar is melted.
- After 5-7mins add cardamom powder again mix well. When the mixture becomes a dough switch off flame pour in a greased tray, spread with a spoon.
- When cooled down cut into desired shape..and enjoy!
